How to sell books?

I would like to sell my spare books, but I am not having success. Is this because of the time of year? I listed on a local website and craigslist. I don't know where else to go.

I've had some luck looking them up on amazon to see if they are willing to buy.

What about eBay? Now is an great time to sell there.

You can set up a "Sellers" account on Amazon or eBay.  Most of the books I buy are on Amazon, and I think that's a much more active market for books, but I have also purchased 2 used textbooks for DD from eBay Sellers.  GL

I sell primarily on Amazon (three yesterday, one today). You can print the postage there, and they collect the money and just let you know when it sells. I always aim to be the cheapest, and always including tracking. I check my prices daily.

 

Second favorite is eBay for sets of books. 

 

You can try here or homeschoolclassified.com, but I have less success with those.

 

This is definitely the season. I have approximately 100 books that I plan to list in the next month.
