I'd like to do a program where I can get stuff like toilet paper, paper towels, etc. auto shipped to my house monthly. Any sites that do this? I thought Amazon might have something like this but I can't figure out how to search for it.

amazon subscribe and save.

you can search by your normal items, and they might be available for the program.  or you can search by subscribe and save only.

there will always be a discount, but if you have 5 seperate items in your S&S order, you get a 15% discount.  You can order an item to be delivered every month - or up to every six months.

it will send you a reminder so you can verify what you want in your order before it is charged and shipped.  you can select the day of the month.  it also allows you to defer an item to the next month.

I use Amazon, mostly, but I have also used soap.com (and its sister sites diapers.com, wag.com,etc).i think drugstore.com also does but I'm not sure if they carry any household products.

A really great site for recurring orders is Grove Collaborative, but it specializes in natural product lines.  I have been highly pleased with the site and their customer service.  But the downside is you might not be able to order all your typical home brands.

Amazon, I think it's called 'amazon pantry'.  I've got a friend whose been doing it for what seems like years. They get a monthly deliver of toilet paper, household cleaners, toothbrushes, a few snacks they really like, paper towels etc etc.  You can set it so that some things come monthly, other things less frequently. It's whatever you want.

I have 'subscribe and save' for a bunch of things like vitamins we always take. I haven't used it for household items, mostly because I tend to use store brands. So far, my local grocery store beats Amazon prices so I'm sticking with it. But, I have been super happy with the things I do get from Subscribe and Save.  They always give me an email a few days ahead so I can skip a delivery of anything we don't need, etc.  It's really easy to modify and change, which I like.

I'm gonna check into this one. We actually make orders from Frontier co-op and Azure standard, so I'd have to see what items Grove might have that they don't. I actually use natural cleaners and stuff; just usually don't worry much about paper goods (although I probably should).
