I'd like my youngers to study US history with their brother, but I'm not going to use the same books as their older brother. What are your favorite resources for US history in the early grades? (1-3rd) TIA!

ETA: secular please :)

We're using the Betsy and Giulio Maestro series of books to cover early Americas through the American Revolution. They're really great!

I haven't found anything comparable for the rest of American History though, so for that we've also got the Complete Book of US History and lots of misc books to round it out.

I used K12's History K, which has a semester of US history and a semester of world geography when my son was 6.  We really liked it.
