African food...need recipe for stew with greens

We went to a graduation open house last night and one of the boys graduating was a refugee from the Congo. He had some.azing food there that another lady made. The fufu I found a recipe for but my husband wants me to get one for the greens with meat.

 

It had finely chopped greens, onion, garlic, and tomatoes along with some beef chunks she said she boiled.

 

All of the recipes I found on line have peanut something in them and this did not.

 

Can anyone help me?

This recipe has ground beef, not chunks, but has greens, onions, garlic, and tomatoes.  I love it!  I do not know how authentic it is. I came across it one day and tried it.
