stephanier.1765
I fainted last night and must have fallen flat onto my butt because boy, oh boy, does it hurt. More the right side than the left. The majority of the pain is while sitting and more of a bruise feeling while walking. Nothing right? I didn't go and break my butt did I? How embarrassing would that be?

I've broken my tailbone twice in falls from horses and it definitely hurts! Not much they can do about it though. It takes a few weeks for the soreness to ebb in that case. Do you have any idea of why you fainted? Has this happened before? You might want to get checked out for the fainting more than the sore rear. Hope you feel better. TranquilMind
I'm sorry! Why did you faint?
Jean in Newcastle
I would go to my chiropractor to be checked out. And depending on why you fainted to begin with, perhaps my regular doctor. (Unless you know the reason and it is a benign one.)
Guest
Do you know why you fainted? I fainted twice within a couple day of each other (one of the two incidents happened at the church Christmas Eve service!) and it was due to low blood pressure. I have low BP already, and I was on a medication that made it even lower.
stephanier.1765
TMI warning....yesterday I was having problems with diarrhea. Not all day, just a few times. My stomach woke me up about 2 to go to the bathroom. I finished, washed my hands, and was in the process of getting some medication when I fainted. I'm thinking it was just dehydration. This has never happened before while I've been sick but I still feel pretty sure that was the cause. I do have low blood pressure as well so it might have been a combo of the 2. Thanks for the hugs and kind thoughts. My rear is pretty sore today. My tummy is still a bit iffy. But overall, I'm having a pretty good day. :)
Lanny
Your rear end may hurt, but the issue is WHY did you faint? You need to get checked by an M.D., ASAP.
snickerplum
I did that last year. In an Applebees parking lot. Strangers found me, I muttered a confusing description of Dh (who was inside with the children) and was taken to the ER. My seat was sore for 2 months. I hope yours heals faster!
