When are ACTs in the fall

And when is the deadline to sign up for them?  I looked on the ACT website, but nothing past this June is listed (and that deadline has gone by).

 

I'm asking for a friend with two juniors/rising seniors whose younger dc has some very serious health problems that has been taking most of her energy/attention, and the deadline was missed.  So she asked me, and when I couldn't easily figure it out, I thought I'd ask the Hive... :)

 

She says she doesn't think her kids are going to do Early Action anywhere, but would taking the test in the fall rule that out, or could the results still be ready in time?

It's on the website, you have to switch the academic year to 2016-17

I believe I read recently that registration for fall dates (I am looking at September) doesn't open up until July 1.
