Does Daily Grams cover complex sentence structure or just combining and simple sentences?

It's been eons, but I don't remember it covering complex anything. It's just a review page a day that never took more than 5-10 minutes to complete, and it doesn't actually teach concepts itself. The last exercise was always combining of two sentences. It was a good exercise, but not particularly challenging for my kids.

Thank you! I was considering it for a summer supplement and after middle school/Hake grammar for review. I'd like to find something short and challenging though, so I'll keep searching.
