Catalytic Posted May 31, 2016 Posted May 31, 2016 There's quite a few FB groups. The most active I'm in is https://www.facebook.com/groups/homeschoolbuyselltrade/ 1 Quote
HomeAgain Posted May 31, 2016 Posted May 31, 2016 Also, look locally. Get other homeschoolers together for a curriculum sale, check any educational stores (our bookstore has Lifepacs right now in their used book section). 2 Quote
Emba Posted May 31, 2016 Posted May 31, 2016 I have never ordered from here, but usedhomeschoolbooks.com (Second Harvest Curriculum) is somewhere I have looked before. 1 Quote

Guest Posted May 31, 2016 Posted May 31, 2016 I have also been having luck on some FB groups. Depending on what you want to order, there are some very specialized groups - HOD, Sonlight, TOG, MFW, etc. Quote
Catalytic Posted May 31, 2016 Posted May 31, 2016 Homeschool Curriculum Marketplace on Facebook THAT is the one I meant to link, sorry! 1 Quote
JBJones Posted May 31, 2016 Posted May 31, 2016 Ebay seems to have quite a bit of used curriculum. 1 Quote
Erica in OR Posted June 1, 2016 Posted June 1, 2016 I've also started looking on abebooks.com once I know specifically what I'm looking for. It's particularly easy if I already have an ISBN. Erica in OR 1 Quote
Arcadia Posted June 1, 2016 Posted June 1, 2016 We prefer to browse and buy so we have bought from: Half Price Books (best time is after community college finals) Library book sales - we just browse and buy whatever we fancy. Sometimes they have free boxes of foreign language material. 1 Quote
happypamama Posted June 1, 2016 Posted June 1, 2016 We have a local Facebook board for selling and buying materials, and our local email loops also list sales. Alibris Used book stores/thrift store Rainbow Resource sometimes has discounted items, and sometimes the publishers themselves will have seconds or scratch-and-dent items. See if there is a homeschool store near you. We have one here that has a lot of used stuff. HomeschoolClassifieds is my favorite, though. 1 Quote
