LisaKinVA Posted May 20, 2016 Posted May 20, 2016 Try like mad to shake the bad feelings I woke up with :( (My subconscious is obviously working through issues I am thoroughly aware of, and my last dream before waking this morning involved very unpleasant confrontations, harsh words, and started my morning off on the completely wrong foot). Laundry Kitchen (project: clean refrigerator/freezer...thoroughly -- which means, according to Murphy's law that sometime this weekend someone will spill, not close, or otherwise leave something in the fridge to make an unholy mess). Which also means the floor will get a good scrubbing. We will tackle fridge #2 and our 2 small chest freezers this weekend. School Speech Therapy Swimming Home, dinner special (chopped Italian salad w/ zucchini pizzettas) Prep for tomorrow's track meet BED. 9 Quote

wendy not in HI Posted May 20, 2016 Posted May 20, 2016 (edited) I woke up with a bad dream this morning, too. Our morning was crazier than usual with one kid asking to sleep in, then proceeding to get ready really slllloooooooww. And one dad sharpening tools in the garage before heading out - he's helping some older boys with a service project tonight, cutting down some trees, and he wanted to get ready. But that made things a little crazy. Plus he needs the truck this afternoon, so dd18 who usually drives the truck to school had to move all of her stuff into the little car.. Not our usual streamlined morning! Friday! take a little morning nap make up agenda for meeting email all with agenda send some work emails go on a walk/jog (maybe during the track meet) laundry x1 (nope) chicken in crockpot (nope - pizza from the freezer!) lunch with friend meeting at 1pm help ds mow the lawn weed 6pm to track meet Edited May 20, 2016 by wendy not in HI 7 Quote

mom31257 Posted May 20, 2016 Posted May 20, 2016 Wow, lots of bad sleep and dreams! I woke up during the night and went to the kitchen to get something to drink. I used my phone flashlight and saw two spiders. They were fast little things, but I got them. I don't kill spiders outside the house (well, except black widows), but inside they are goners! Then, I dreamed about spiders but can't make out what it was exactly. Jean in Newcastle Posted May 20, 2016 Author Posted May 20, 2016 Making progress, but the person who did my pedicure asked if my kids were my grandchildren. Sigh! :crying: I'm sorry Scout. I've had people ask me if my kids, including my 18 year old, were my grand children followed by someone else asking if I were pregnant! (Which is possible, I suppose, but a bit unusual.) 3 Quote
