My homeschool clubs have their awards day/party next week, and I have three moms who, honestly, are the only people I can count on to follow through for sure, and if they say they're going to do something, do it. I also have one 17 yr old sibling who has basically been an extra kid minder all year-she's older than the other kids, and has just sort of naturally fallen into playing with and entertaining the youngest siblings, who are really too young for the clubs at this point (one of them is hers, but the others aren't), and I want to recognize her as well, because she has made it so much easier for me and given the moms who have younger kids a break.

I can spend maybe $50 total, so I can't do anything too pricey. One of the moms is pre-diabetic, so food is out. Maybe an Amazon gift card in cute packaging?

A $10 star bucks gift card for each would be a nice thought, and $10 goes a lot further at Starbucks than say, Amazon. And you could even tuck the card into a Dollar Store coffee mug, to present it in. Maybe with some tissue paper.

Having been that mom on several occasions, I'll just say that it doesn't matter what you give them--anything will be super-appreciated.  But I am a sucker for pretty packaging, so I am all in favor of putting thought and effort into presentation.  Maybe a small potted plant or flower with a card holder (you know, the pronged thingy that holds the card in a bouquet of roses?) holding the gift card if you want low-stress.

Do you live near an Anthropologie? I'd buy everyone a cute mug. http://www.anthropologie.com/anthro/category/mugs++teacups/home-glassware-mugs.jsp?cm_sp=REDIRECT-_-HOME-_-TEACUP#/

You could buy a tea to divide among them or packets of gourmet hot chocolate, or a Mexican hot chocolate.

Their boxes and tissue paper are nice for wrapping. Tie it up with some yarn or jute.
