SKL Posted May 17, 2016 Posted May 17, 2016 What is the best way to make a kid's pocket knife less stiff? My kids have pocket knives that are difficult for them to shut on their own. They are going to have a lesson on use of the knives at scouts this week. I am wondering if there is anything I can do to make the knives easier for them to handle? I bought the knives through the scouting organization, so I think they are the right kind .... Quote
MercyA Posted May 17, 2016 Posted May 17, 2016 I have no idea, and I'm not opposed to pocket knives, but this reminded me of my daughter's LA lesson today. She was supposed to write a sentence using the phrase "new pocket knife." She wrote, "The little kitten hid the new pocket knife." When I laughed, she informed me seriously that she does NOT like knives. That's my little peacenik animal lover. ;) 1 Quote
