So, we created some new email addresses for my dh's company. I downloaded Outlook so we could have the new business emails plus our older personal emails (in one spot) on my computer and  the app for my phone and have had nothing but problems since. This latest incident is going to push me over the edge. My gmail account always has sent emails from my name "Phoenix". Pretend my husband's name is John. Someone recently emailed me and has our email listed as Phoenix and Jon. (DH's name misspelled.) Now ALL my emails I send from my phone say from Phoenix and Jon.  WTH?!? The outlook on my computer don't seem to do that, just the phone and I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to delete that. There isn't anything on the desktop that says this Jon spelling, and there aren't many options on the app to change, that I'm seeing. HELP!!!! I'm at my wit's end with this Outlook.

I did log out. I refreshed the setting in GMAIL and it seemed to go back. I had my friend send me another email and now it changed back again. :(

I hate the stupid email app.  I've had outlook for years, but that app makes me curse.

It doesn't even seem to sync with my desktop? If I delete an email in one, it doesn't delete it on the other one.

Are you still using the app? Or do you use something else?

No, I deleted the app.  It would work periodically and then it would stop.  I'm just using the email app that came on my phone (android).

Ok, I deleted the Outlook App and put everything into the Android email app. That actually seems to be working seamlessly with the Outlook on my PC. Maybe there is hope......Thank you, C!
