EBay help - want to post photos from Iphone? Also Picasa issues? Any techies here that could help?

So, I'm trying to order an obscure part for an old stove and the sellers on ebay cannot understand what I mean, so I attempted to attach photos to our messages within eBay. Multiple times. The photos never attached. I finally saved them on my computer by emailing them to myself and managed to attach them but they are turned sideways and I have no way to fix that.

Picasa, which I have had installed on my desktop for a long time, has always picked up any photos and added it to my group. It isn't working now. I find online that it is no longer supported. I used to use Picasa to rotate a photo and get it the right size. What do I do now? I want to rotate my photos and I want an easy way to post photos on eBay when I begin selling. Thanks for any help!
