Mom 2 3 Posted February 11, 2008 Share Posted February 11, 2008 I just purchased omegabrite for my 7 yr old son. He has mild dyslexia and ADD. Does anyone use Omegabrite for ADD? I'll continue to give it to her because it certainly isn't doing any harm. However, I'm casting around the possibility of putting her on a low dose of ADD meds as well. Ottakee Posted February 11, 2008 Share Posted February 11, 2008 We use it with 3 here. Dh takes 3-4 per day and it is all he needs. It works VERY quickly for him and we can tell if he misses a day of it. 12dd and 11dd each take 3 per day. It does help them but they also take a small dose of Dexedrine to help them. For a child that age, I would start with 1 per day for 4-5 days, then 2 per day and up to 3 per day. It can take 3-4 weeks to see the full effect. I just purchased omegabrite for my 7 yr old son.
