maize
Point 1) I am a very lazy laundress, stuff gets thrown in the washer, thrown in the dryer, and that's it.I need to find men's white shirt that don't get heat stains on the corners of the colors (I think these are from glue inside?)Thanks! redsquirrel
Well, I've never head of such a thing, but many of DH's shirts are from Lands End, so maybe them? Or maybe we are just lucky Maybe lower the temp of your dryer? Heating clothes in a dryer that is unnecessarily hot is really hard on clothes. They should be warm when they come out of the dryer, but not hot. I have a gas drier and I feel like it runs hot. When we first got it, we had to dial the level on the drier waaay back. It is now on the setting just before cool. On hot, it was ruining the fleece and elastic.
prairiewindmomma
Dh wears shirts from Costco. I'm a lazy laundress too. The collar stays are white bits of plastic. Most of the time, they don't get removed. I've never had a melting issue.
Cinder
Heat stains? My dh has to wear white dress shirts to work and I've never encountered heat stains. Maybe like redsquirrel says, your dryer is too hot for the fabric?
fairfarmhand
I've never heard of this either.
