feeling really really down about the court hearing yesterday. (Silly I know seeing that the court granted us what we were all after) but the silly judge mentioned where I live - so now birth parents know. There are only about 1000 people in my area. every single person knows me. so if the birth parents want they can now come to the area (that they now know) and ask anybody to point out my house  and find us.

Good morning! Another beautiful day here. This has turned into a busy week. I am making curtains for the bedroom, but Dh just said he likes light and bare windows. Hmm...I like privacy...and I am the one making the curtains.

To do:

School for all

Clean kitchen/ mop floor

Make curtains for bedroom

Clean bathrooms

Check bills

Grad announcement for dd1?

Update transcript, she is almost done.

PM practice

I have the judo run tonight

Have a great day!

laundry

meals

run to post office if I get ds' test ready to go

Melissa, hopefully the birth parents' unwillingness to go out of their way (in the past for visitations) will work in your favor now.

Praying for you.  I know that now can be a challenging time for kids with RAD as they can escalate behaviors to test the new status of the relationship.

BlsdMama - thank you so much for the Sherwin Williams Naval recommendation - it is perfect!!

Hooray!  I love it - it's my front door!  (Now I'm trying to work up the courage to paint the INSIDE of the entry door navy.  It definitely makes a statement but I don't know if I have the entry for it....  But I LOVE that navy.)

I went to bed after sending the kids off to school and the quick morning chores.

I woke up at 1:something.  With swollen eyes.  ??

Well, at least I'm caught up on my sleep.

Hope I get a bunch of work done before I need to do stuff with my kids.
