HollyDay Posted April 21, 2016 Posted April 21, 2016 If I had the $$$$ to invest in a blender, I'd chose Vitamix hands down. But, just can't do that right now. And I do need a blender. I'm thinking about the Breville Hemisphere. It has been years since I've had anything other than an immersion blender so all suggestions and advice are appreciated! Quote
Amira Posted April 21, 2016 Posted April 21, 2016 No advice, but I'll bump this back to the first page so more people will see it. Quote
Slache Posted April 21, 2016 Posted April 21, 2016 I bought a Ninja Mega Kitchen System at Costco for $160 a few months ago. One of my most favorite purchases. Ever! It blends, makes whole juice, grates cheese, slices vegetables, mixes dough, doesn't move on the counter so I can walk away, and is extremely easy to clean. I got two, one for us and one for our newlywed friends. We both use it everyday. I also use the little bullet part of it for my post-workout drinks. Anything you only want a small amount of and it goes straight in your cup. Quote
Lady Florida. Posted April 21, 2016 Posted April 21, 2016 It depends on what you use it for, but I'm happy with my Oster. Oster brand isn't what it once was (it was THE blender when I was growing up) but it's still decent. Mine is older I think it's this one, but also came with the smoothie cup something like this one.
