Faithr Posted April 14, 2016 Share Posted April 14, 2016 I am feeling overwhelmed lately. We have so much going on right now, in all kinds of ways. Nothing terrible at all, but just when all put together, it has got me flustered. So if any of you are praying types, if you could say a little prayer. I just need to be calm and deal with each thing as it comes up. I'm tired because we went out to dinner last night for my birthday and while the food was delicious, it did not agree with me, so I've been up all night. Must teach Latin at co-op in the a.m. instead of p.m. due to schedule changes. I do not feel ready! I just haven't been focusing as much as possible due to lots of distractions. SKL Posted April 14, 2016 Share Posted April 14, 2016 (edited) Having another uncomfortable day physically. I really want to go to TKD and get the final stripe to allow me to do the belt test. Yesterday I practiced the form at home and I think I have it mostly. Now I need my health to hold up. Kid has a detention today, so no p.m. bus service. While this will cut into my work day, I'm kinda glad I have an excuse to get out of the house, as I can go right from there to TKD. I still have a few work things that are stressing me out. I did make some progress on one of them yesterday. The list: Kids up & out to school. [done] Clean kitchen. [done] Some pet care. [done] Work. A little yoga. A little reading. Get kids at school. TKD. Maybe twice. Kids to soccer practice or 2nd TKD. If soccer, work while they play. Kids' work. Read-aloud? Kids to bed. Work. Done: cleaned bedroom and bath laundry humming along had breakfast and cofffee made a new appointment with my doctor waiting on my endo. labs to come back and dr to call back this afternoon quick clean main floor sit in the sun for an hour and read Blacklist night!
