Dmmetler Posted April 11, 2016 Posted April 11, 2016 Way, way too easy and trivial for a high school age kid who has done any significant grammar in the past. I could see it possibly being a good introduction for a kid who has no background, but not for most high school students. 1 Quote
Miss Mousie Posted April 11, 2016 Posted April 11, 2016 We just used it as a fun review - 10 minutes a day while I ate my breakfast. It was a good way for us to set the tone for the day. 1 Quote
Butter Posted April 11, 2016 Posted April 11, 2016 I used it with my then-2nd grader. Worked great. A couple things required some extra explanation, but mostly it was perfect for him. It's crazy that the author claims it is for high school. It is not. 1 Quote
Haiku Posted April 11, 2016 Posted April 11, 2016 I did not use it, and the reason I didn't use it is because when it came out when my dd was in late elementary, she had already gone far beyond what it covered. I cannot fathom how Stan Schmidt calls it high school language arts. 1 Quote
