My4arrows
Has anyone used this? I'm wondering if it's meant to be a supplement or independent curriculum. Is it good? I was thinking of using it along with MOH
blue plaid
Supplement. I believe Veritas schedules it as part of the optional literature for their self-paced courses. I read half of the first volume before turning it over to my kids (but it has been a while.) I liked it and thought it was fun -- lots of Biblical worldview in the context of history. chicagoshannon
We've read the first book. It is definitely a supplement. It goes pretty fast through history. You'd definitely need some other books to flesh it out. We did like it and will use the 2nd book with American history next year. It's a cute story about 2 kids that find a book that has them time travel. One boy is a Christian in a time where it is illegal (the future) to be so. The other boy is not. The whole journey the first boy is trying to get the 2nd boy to believe. It includes talking animals as guides through time.
My4arrows
Thanks! I think we will grab them to read along with our history!
