Using Breaking the Spanish Barrier iBook on a PC

Has anybody used this iBook on a PC and how did it work? Also, if I buy it and download it to a PC, can I then also download it onto an ipad, or will I need to buy it again to do that. This is probably a silly question but I am just not that tech savvy. Thanks for any advice you can give me.

If you don't have experience with the Breaking the Spanish Barrier iBook, can you tell me about buying an iBook and downloading it onto a PC and then also downloading it onto an ipad? Sorry to be so ignorant but I really don't use tech stuff as much as most people probably do. My excuse is that I'm 52, but I'm sure there are many others my age who know about these things!

iBooks (the program) cannot be run on a pc; it can be run on a Mac in addition to the iPad and iPhone. 

 

On the BtB site, is specifies iPad and Macs running Maverick, which is an older operating system. I wouldn't be surprised if they meant it will run on Macs with Maverick OS or later, but you'd have to verify that. They usually answer emails very quickly.

Thanks! I'll send them an email. When I looked on the itunes site it seemed to offer a way to download an itunes for PC but I wasn't really sure what I was looking at.
