can you please post a link? I don't know what a spiralizer is but I think that I might need one :)

I've made sweet potato oven curly fries twice so far. Yum yum yum yum yum. I can't wait to make apple and cabbage slaw...and noodle pasta...and raw salads...and...and... It's a blast.

Now I need an acupuncture mat...

I'm glad I got the one with the neck thing. I lay too high on it to really dig into my shoulders and it does wonders for my knots. It's not painful at all. Just don't accidentally step on it!  :willy_nilly:

Oooh! Thanks for this thread. I just received one as a birthday gift. Can't wait to try it out!!!

 

ETA: I was hoping for some tried and true recipes or cool unusual veggies. Anyone got?

:lurk5: I really want one, but I don't think I can commit to spending the money without at least trying it somewhere first. I wish I knew someone who has one!

 

Oh, and my submission is also a Proclick. I great big puffy heart that thing.

There's a regimen you're supposed to follow but I'm all stubborn and pigheaded so I don't. I lay on it (not often enough) and it just relaxes my muscles like a massage. I lay in different positions on it to get different areas, my shoulders being my worst spot and it makes a huge difference. I don't know what it actually does to me physically, but it makes me feel really good. I did it once after yoga and jumped off immediately because it hurt so bad. I think it's only good for tense muscles, or possibly I had such good blood flow from the yoga it was a just a really stupid idea, I'm not sure. Either way I like the thing and it was definitely worth the $40.
