Slache Posted April 8, 2016 Posted April 8, 2016 Now I need an acupuncture mat... I'm glad I got the one with the neck thing. I lay too high on it to really dig into my shoulders and it does wonders for my knots. It's not painful at all. Just don't accidentally step on it! :willy_nilly: 2 Quote

Slache Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 Can we discuss this? I think I need this in my life? Tell me how it helps you. There's a regimen you're supposed to follow but I'm all stubborn and pigheaded so I don't. I lay on it (not often enough) and it just relaxes my muscles like a massage. I lay in different positions on it to get different areas, my shoulders being my worst spot and it makes a huge difference. I don't know what it actually does to me physically, but it makes me feel really good. I did it once after yoga and jumped off immediately because it hurt so bad. I think it's only good for tense muscles, or possibly I had such good blood flow from the yoga it was a just a really stupid idea, I'm not sure. Either way I like the thing and it was definitely worth the $40. 2 Quote
