Entropymama
I'm buying some books off a woman on Facebook - I don't know her, it's through a sale site. She wants me to give her my email so she can send me a Paypal bill. I've never done this before; I normally just send the money to the seller's email. I'm not normally paranoid, and maybe this is normal, but I've never heard of sending bills for Paypal. Anyone?
JustEm
She can send an invoice to your PayPal account if she has the email address associated with your account. That is likely what she means
JustEm
It is helpful for keeping records of you sales to have invoices
zoobie
It's probably for her to help her keep track of what she sells. You pay the invoice with the items listed on it, and she knows what goes where. It isn't suspicious--if anything, it shows she knows what she's doing and pays attention to detail. :)
Entropymama
Thanks! I'm always wary doing business with strangers over the internet. :)
Reefgazer
Typical; PayPal has a billing feature. No worries....
