Resources re: Japanese culture

We're going to use Irasshai for Japanese next year, and I would like to add in some books/videos/other resources about the Japanese culture.  Does anyone have any favorites?  Thanks.

My kids enjoyed Japanology Plus. They watch all the episodes available on YouTube

I follow Japan times on Facebook, I also sent away for some tourist materials from our Japanese consulate.

There's a Great Courses lecture series on Japanese culture, but I haven't listened to it.
