Math programs that don't teach the algorithms early?

I know Miquon, MEP fit this but 

 

Are there other math programs out there that delay teaching the algorithms (such as borrow and carry)

CSMP begins doing that in grade 1 with the minicomputers.

I have went through book 2 in Shiller and have yet to get to that. However it has talked about it in a general sense, as in when you get to 10 trade them in for a ten rod. They even have a song about it!

Right Start

Yep. We're almost halfway through RightStart B and the final preparation step for the standard addition algorithm is still a few lessons ahead. We're using base 10 block pictures and the back side of the abacus (labelled with place value) to add numbers in the thousands. A few lessons from now (about 75 of 140) it adds in marking your abacus bead trades on paper in addition to physically moving them on the abacus. I haven't looked ahead to see when the abacus is phased out in favor of the standard algorithm alone.
