1GirlTwinBoys
Any suggestions? :001_huh: Something that doesn't show lines but isn't a thong.
NoseInABook
https://www.victoriassecret.com/panties/no-show-and-seamless/no-show-sexy-cheeky-panty?ProductID=268180&CatalogueType=OLS Do listen to the sizing up though. I bought my normal size and they're cheekier than I'd like. ;) Edited April 4, 2016 by NoseInABook
Susan C.
I bought some for dd to use in yoga class. But the packaging is gone. They were Hanes, 3-4 pack, black bikini (or hipster, not french cut), kind of "slick" so yoga pants didn't get caught on them. I got them at Target. Carol in Cal.
Jockey has some with a really flat band, 95% cotton, the rest lycra, so they don't need to be as tight as elastic to stay on.
Miss Peregrine
You're supposed to wear underwear with them? :leaving:
justasque
Something specifically designed to be "wicking". Running stores, hiking stores, and other athletic-type stores (Lululemon, etc.) carry such things.
Soror
None. With true yoga pants, that are thick enough to cover everything- even in compromising poses, none is better and soooo much more comfortable. (My dh was just teasing me about how I used to make fun of others going commando in yoga pants and now I've turned) When I'm wearing real yoga pants it is to do Yoga or Silks in which case I'm moving a lot in various positions- it is very freeing not to have to worry about where my panties are going while I'm contorting and such. Seriously try it :) *Now, with yoga pants that are more cotton based and looser that I wear around the house I wear regular undies.
heartlikealion
If you don't wear underwear wouldn't you have a lot of visible sweat on your pants? Maybe not you personally. But I'm just thinking that I could never do it.
Soror
My "real" yoga pants are moisture wicking and have extra mesh in the panty area so I've not noticed any big sweat spots but I'm ok showing some sweat, I'm working my butt off, there is going to be sweat. Since I started thyroid meds I sweat plenty, which IMO is a good sign, it is normal and natural. In exercise classes everybody else is sweating too so I'm in good company. If it was an issue I'd bring an oversize shirt to wear over my pants after I'm done for errands but I generally never bother.
Soror
* I would say too sweat is about the least embarrassing thing that can happen while working out....
heartlikealion
* I would say too sweat is about the least embarrassing thing that can happen while working out.... haha yeah. There was another thing I thought about that no underwear would be an issue with I'd think but I chose to only list the sweat reason. Laura Corin
haha yeah. There was another thing I thought about that no underwear would be an issue with I'd think but I chose to only list the sweat reason. Yup. I go to my yoga class well protected.
Soror
I went through a whole exercise program (Mutu Mamas) to help with *mummy* issues. I avoided certain poses when I first came back after this baby because I didn't know what my body would do and I sure didn't want it to happen in public(although I did have one class period in which my body betrayed me, of course when I was by one of the males in class, my face was red the entire time and I only hoped that he was hard of hearing). I can do most everything now but take it very easy when we do trampoline warm-ups for Silks.
Jyhwkmama
These work for me. They have very flat/thin elastic around the leg openings. I only wear the nude and black ones with my yoga pants: http://www.amazon.com/Hanes-Womens-Smooth-Illusion-Assorted/dp/B00VX00MX6?ie=UTF8&psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00
tex-bex
Another vote for the SOMA vanishing edge panties. Love them!! They stay right where you want them.
dirty ethel rackham
I like these. I am one who really cannot go commando (did the PT, did the surgery and I still have issues.)
