Arcadia Posted April 1, 2016 Posted April 1, 2016 May is AP exams month and this month is when they ramp up the test prep in local high schools. So the last two months of high school are actually the stressful months. Has he picked his classes for 11th grade? Here they pick tentatively in April. 1 Quote

Seasider Posted April 1, 2016 Posted April 1, 2016 (edited) Ha! Much of our best work at home is accomplished in May and June, when commitments to outside activities are over and we have solid stretches at home. July through mid September are our summer break. Edited April 1, 2016 by Seasider Quote

Scarlett Posted April 1, 2016 Posted April 1, 2016 Well for what it is worth, I totally understood your post. It was funny. Kids are funny. My 16 year old got a certificate from his school that said he had achieved outstanding Honors Academics. I forget the wording. He shrugged it off and said they probably sent one to everyone. And when his counselor was on the phone talking with me about dual enrollment she referred to ds as a high achieving student. He told me 'well it isn't like she is going to say I am low achieving.' ????? Funny kid. Quote
