I would like to begin using Kilgallon's middle school program to augment WWS to help ds incorporate sentence variation in his writing.  I am not certain whether he should begin with Sentence Composing for Middle School or Grammar for Middle School A Sentence Composing Technique.

Do both books give a thorough explanation of the program?  Do they build on each other or are they meant to be used concurrently?

Can anyone share their experience with the program?

Thanks!

I posted a similar question a few weeks ago.

From what I understood, both are very similar.  Since I wanted a 'writing" supplement, not grammar, I chose to go with Sentence Composing for Middle School.  We are using WWS also.  I plan to start Kilgallon next year, so I haven't really looked through it much yet.
