Apparently the sort of app I'm hoping to find is a "lifelogging" app - an app that lets you quantify personal data over time. There are a lot of them out there that do preset things - everything from a photo a day to your steps, your blood pressure, your dreams, etc. I'm hoping to find one that lets me set the parameters that I want to track. I'm trying to correlate some data about our lives and I'd love to do it on an app instead of by hand.

This isn't what I'm looking to investigate, but, for example, it's like I'd like to mark down if ds had dairy or not for one thing, went for a walk or not for a second thing, and finally to rate how sad he felt at bedtime on a scale. Then to have the app show me some graphs automatically.

Anyone have an app suggestion that you think could help me do this?
