Alison in KY Posted March 14, 2016 Posted March 14, 2016 We are Christians, but I am interested in finding a comparative religion course. Does anyone have a suggestion? Alison 1 Quote
stephinsocal Posted March 14, 2016 Posted March 14, 2016 The Teaching Co has a course I've had my eye on called "Sacred Texts of the World." No personal experience here, but it gets good reviews. Quote
Loesje22000 Posted March 15, 2016 Posted March 15, 2016 Bumping for you as I have the same question. Quote
Cosmos Posted March 15, 2016 Posted March 15, 2016 Here's a different course from the Teaching Company-- Cultural Literacy for Religion: Everything the Well Educated Person Should Know It's only lectures, obviously, not a full course with assignments, etc. But it's definitely accessible for a high-school student. My son and I both enjoyed it. Quote
MerryAtHope Posted March 15, 2016 Posted March 15, 2016 Understanding the Times compares 6 different religious/worldviews on a variety of topics. Quote
