Anyone add hands free mobile set up to an older car?

We don't have an aux-in jack.  But we would like to be able to answer our cell phone and make a call if necessary hands free.  Does anyone have any experience with these devices?  

 

ETA, I was looking at the Motorola Roadster on amazon.

You can use "Google Now" voice commands to make calls:

and using a blue-tooth enabled ear piece, you can answer incoming calls.
