And you have 2 pitchers of Sangria, about 100 Empanadas, 12 cups of Cilantro Rice, a ton of guacamole, chips, and black bean burrito stuffing.

 

You thank the Lord for freezers, and that the dishes all freeze well.  And drink extra Sangria for the heck of it.

I didn't ask for a reason.  I know there is a lot of stuff going on for therm right now (overseas, husband TDY, brother just dx'd with terminal cancer...illnesses going around the base, who knows...).  Just too bad I couldn't have a spur-of-the-moment WTM hangout ;)

I've done that too! Nobody's ever been offended. More like " No cooking tonight? Sure! We'll be right there!"

 

ETA: And they show up in their sweats with their unwashed hair and we have a marvelous time. I love having friends like that!
