It's 7:30 am, and I have....

.... read six stories while sitting on the bathroom floor, with the grand result of no pee pee in the potty and two puddles on the floor.

I'm about to take two people to swim lessons.  I'm going to drink a LOT more coffee today because I dreamed about my to-do list all night.

It's my one day to sleep in and I've been awake since dh yelled in his sleep at 5:15.

I think I've been potty training my 3 1/2 year old forever. She still won't go #2 in the potty. She goes and puts a pull up on and does it there.

I'm feeling pretty productive this morning. I have soup going in the crockpot. The kids have eaten their special Saturday breakfast (cinnamon rolls from a can). Now we're about to head out to the big box store for much-needed toiletries.

 

Of course, I shall drink coffee and lay around all afternoon. Cause I deserve it. ;)

I slept until 8am, played Mario Kart wii with my almost 8 yr old and made pancakes for all of us. Can't complain :-)

Was awakened by dd2 at 7 am and then started on school work, I will be doing school work until dh decides to get up and then I will fold and put away laundry.

I was woken at 3am by my 4 (nearly 5) year old repeatedly screaming that he was "DONE SLEEPING!!"  At 4am I resettled the baby and 2 year old to help them get back to sleep after having been rudely awoken...only to have the 4 year old start screaming and waking them up again.  At 5am I showered while the 4 year old tantrumed and banged on the locked bathroom door.  At 6am I attempted to read stories to the 4 year old, but had to abort and take all the books out of his room because he kept ripping them to shreds.  At 7am I made breakfast while the 4 year old pummeled my legs and tried to flip the pan of scrambled eggs onto himself.  At 8am I did laundry while the 4 year old grabbed the clean clothes as I folded it and tried to throw it in the garbage.  At 9am I walked on the treadmill while the 4 year old screamed and threw things at me.  And here I am at 10am listening to the 4 year old scream bloody murder because DH took the other kids to the library and said the 4 year old wasn't invited because he was being too loud for the library.  I offered to play with the 4 year old or read him a book, but he took a swing at me and broke my glasses, so once DH is back I will be heading to the eye glass place to see if they can patch them up.

 

Business as usual around here.  :willy_nilly:

I fell asleep at my computer last night, so I woke up all stiff around 6:30, and set my alarm for 7am so I could take the kids to the doctor.  Not being a morning person, I hit snooze until 7:41 and we had to leave at 8am.  I got everything ready to go to horse riding after the doctor, but my kid was too sick, so we came home and had a proper breakfast and they went back to bed.

 

Not our usual Saturday style, but it could be worse!

I spent almost two hours looking for an envelope that has apparently disappeared completely. DH thinks that he may have shredded it.

 

In the process I did get a lot of filing done and found a medical bill that I had forgotten about  :huh: .
