Hi everyone, I am looking for a good program or workbooks that will help my 4th grader going into 5th grade with fractions and geometry.  I have checked Lakeshore Learning and the ABC toy zone stores, they are teacher resource stores, but found workbooks, but couldn't find anything that would explain how and why it's done that way.  We are doing Singapore 3B and 4A right now because they have fractions in them and a little bit of geometry but she is struggling with the geometry and putting the fracitons in order and I don't know how to teach her because I don't understand them as well..  I am looking for a program or educational books that would help both of us explain how and why and how to work out the problem step by step or something.  PLEASE HELP a stay at home mom that know nothing about MATH!!  thank you

Hi! Woot fractions ( www.wootmath.com)  is free the whole year and it is an adaptive computer program, so it allows them to race through the topics they have mastered. Great for fractions and decimals.
