trying to contact someone here

I wanted to message someone who I bought something from a while back because I had a question for them.  But when I try to message them, it comes back saying that I can't contact them this way.  Does anybody know why that would happen and what other options I might have?

Possibly you can  send a message to an Administrator and ask them to Forward it to the Seller?  Possibly the mailbox is full and/or the account settings don't permit messages?
