MamaSprout Posted February 10, 2016 Posted February 10, 2016 I'm sure the answer varies (we will not do the biblical allusions project), and want to spread it out with the year long schedule. Student will be roughly 8th grade, so not for HS credit. I'd like to hammer language arts into 5 hours per week including 2-3 daily grams per week and Spelling Workout H (although we usually just do the vocabulary pages and a spelling test for SW). DC is a natural writer, reads a lot on her own time, and has other things she wants to study next year. Do-able? I own it, and looking it over, I think maybe. Thanks! Quote
freesia Posted February 10, 2016 Posted February 10, 2016 It should be doable . For comparison, my ninth grader did it along with a novel and some writing assignments other than wttw. We were counting hours and he had to do 5 hours a week. And at the end of the year he still had time for a six week writing course. 1 Quote
MamaSprout Posted February 10, 2016 Author Posted February 10, 2016 Okay, good. Maybe I'll throw Excavating English in at the end of the year. Quote
