I am seeking apps (free would be great) for dictation, that work well, for iPod and / or Kindle that can be used without going on wifi. To be clear, I assume one would need wifi to get the app, but thereafter the goal would be to be able to dictate when away from wifi. Edited February 2, 2016 by Pen Quote
