Lady Florida. Posted February 1, 2016 Posted February 1, 2016 (edited) Does anyone get this when they Like a post? A box pops up that says, An error occurred. There was a problem with storing your reputation vote. It still shows that I liked the post though. Also, you know how some notification boxes will go away after a few seconds? This one remains until I close it. Yes I know I can post this in the tech forum, but it's really not a big deal. It's not even a problem. I was just curious about it and wondered if anyone else gets that message. I get it fairly often. It seems to have no connection to my running out of likes. Jean in Newcastle Posted February 1, 2016 Posted February 1, 2016 I just refresh the page when I get it and my vote shows up. And yes, I get it often. 1 Quote
melbotoast Posted February 1, 2016 Posted February 1, 2016 It happens to me occasionally. I liked everyone's posts here without an issue. Quote
gardenmom5 Posted February 1, 2016 Posted February 1, 2016 it happens either because I've already clicked it, but since I was back and forth, didn't realize I'd already clicked it and it had registered - OR I've "liked" things too fast. there is a speed limit for replys etc. becasue it helps prevent spam/'bots. Rosyl Posted February 1, 2016 Posted February 1, 2016 I get it, but it won't record the like. I have to wait and there are some it won't let me like at all. Quote
Lady Florida. Posted February 1, 2016 Author Posted February 1, 2016 Well, apparently it's not just me, but we have different issues. I'm able to like the post and it says "You and 7 others like this" or whatever. I just get the error message even though there doesn't seem to be an error. That's what seems weird to me. Quote
