desertflower Posted January 22, 2016 Posted January 22, 2016 Hello, I'm getting worried. I placed an order on 12/26 and still haven't received it yet. The order says processing. It's been 16 business days. I've called 5 times and left one message, but to no avail. Has anyone experienced this before with this company? I could always call my credit card and say that I didn't receive the product. I rather not since I think December is the only time La Clase Divertida goes on sale. Thoughts? Shall I be worried? Am I spoiled by all the fast delivery from other places? I would feel better if someone posted that this was normal with this company. :) Thanks. Quote

I think it is run by man and his wife, it appears to be a small company. Do they have email? I would leave another message just in case your phone number wasn't clear in the last one and email as well. 1 Quote

He's a great teacher, but not so up on answering emails & such. He does eventually get to all the emails & calls. He's a high school spanish teacher, so I think his wife does most of the business stuff. I'd give it another week or two to arrive. 1 Quote
