If you are familiar with the foam, green base-ten blocks, you might be able to help me.

I am looking for a set of blocks made out of the exact same material as these green , but in different quantities/configurations.

I saw a partial set at the thrift store and in it, the blocks are the exact same type/dimensions as the foam green base ten blocks but there is a  2 rod, 5 rod, and 7 rod, which leads me to believe that there is a bar for each quantity 2-9 as well.

There are also square flats--not just a 10x10 hundred flat that you see in the usual base-10, but a 2x2, 3x3 and a 5x5

ALSO, there are other configurations such as 3x2 flats and 5x4 rectangular solids. I have scoured all over ETA Hand2Minds website and can't find them. I have also looked on Lakeshore Learning and no luck.

Does anyone know where these blocks came from?

Yup! Give the woman a prize!

I think I found them!  ETA Hand2mind used to make them.  They're called Factor Blocks.  Scroll down the page here: http://www.guesthollow.com/homeschool/math/mathmanipulatives.html

I was coming to update that I'd found them but if I'd checked in this morning I would have saved myself a few hours worth of searching!

I've spent time on the phone with some ETA representatives and it looks like these blocks are now out of stock/aren't sold anymore. Bummer. I thought that they looked quite spiffy.
