madteaparty
I see there's a study abroad in the college confidential site but that seems to be geared toward a semester or year abroad. I was wondering if there's a spot where admission and experience of studying the entire time abroad is discussed. I know Germany is getting some play recently but there's also unis in Switzerland with most classes held in English, and then the french schools where you really go to uni for two years and then internship or abroad for the final third year, etc. I'm looking to educate myself further. The British schools are a more known quantity bc DS has been interested in one for a while so I read about it, plus, they have US tours.
Laura Corin
Look into the Netherlands as well - they have a lot of degrees that you can study completely in English.
quark
Have you tried The Student Room yet? I think they have a UK-focus but also seem to have an International sub forum (where there is a thread about studying in the Netherlands). Haven't looked at it in detail.

Lanny
I don't know of a forum, but we have neighbors (both are E.E.s) whose oldest DD began attending Medical School here in Colombia (right out of high school into Medicine or Law here) and then she was selected to study in Russia. She is in Moscow and all of her courses are in English. If the student is fluent in Spanish, there are one or 2 universities here in Colombia that have ABET accredited majors in Engineering. To my astonishment, a few days ago I was in the bicycle store we have been using for 12 years. The store is closing. The owner told me he is going to attend a university in Croatia. I forgot to ask what his major will be... GL
