Liz CA Posted January 9, 2016 Share Posted January 9, 2016 It took me almost a week to recover from all the sugar I ate over the holidays and not crave sugar anymore. I am usually on a low sugar diet and it seems to be worse when I do indulge because afterwards I crave sugar for a time. And then tightening up the hip area again, something is jiggling there...and to get over the skin issues likely caused by the sugar again. EEEEK.
