If you are not getting this already, you should sign up.   Good recipes come to my in-box every day.   I cook something from this every week, I think.  Enjoyable reading, too. 

 

For example, I found this version of chicken shawarma* the other day, and made it out of stuff I had on hand.  I saved some of the marinade for my vegetarian daughter, who tossed chickpeas in it before roasting them.   It was a fantastic dinner, so easy yet it seemed so exotic. 

 

(*I've no idea if it is truly authentic, and don't really care. It was delicious.)

Their photographs are so inspiring! I am a reluctant cook, but get inspired by the photos. I made their cranberry tart/pie for Thanksgiving and it was a huge hit. I even posted pictures of my final product (which I never do!).

 

(I don't get their email, but I "follow" them on Facebook.)
