Tranquility7
We have thoroughly learned the material in Grammar Island and Grammar Town. What grammar concepts are in Grammar Voyage that is *not* review from GI/GT?
EKS
It's been a while, but I think Voyage is where gerund, participial, and infinitive phrases are introduced.
MinivanMom
I think appositive and verbal phrases are introduced in Town. Grammar Voyage reviews them and goes into more depth. Voyage also covers misplaced modifiers, split infinitives, subject/verb agreement, and dependent clauses. It includes a thorough review of punctuation rules. They're not taught in one big chunk; they're spread through the book as other grammar concepts are covered (so punctuation for dependent clauses is covered while learning about dependent clauses, etc).
