momee Posted December 24, 2015 Posted December 24, 2015 I've read I can make them the night before and let rise on counter in am before baking. Instead though, I hope to do as much as possible tomorrow morning so Christmas Eve evening is cooking free. Quote
Rachel Posted December 24, 2015 Posted December 24, 2015 I'm not sure about this specific recipe but King Arthur Flour has instructions on their website explaining how to make any cinnamon rolls overnight rolls. Quote
Laurie4b Posted December 24, 2015 Posted December 24, 2015 I use my Grandmother's recipe and make the dough at night, let it rise, make the rolls, then put it in the refrigerator. In the morning, I let it sit out for a while and then bake. Come out fine every time. Been doing it for years that way. Quote
milovany Posted December 24, 2015 Posted December 24, 2015 (edited) My sis, famous at the cinnamon roll making, does what Laurie4b does.Does anyone have the recipe for the rolls to post here, please? ETA - Thanks to Jenn for sharing the link. I've seen these mentioned here for years but have yet to make them. I'm thinking New Year's Day. Because it's such a popular recipe and because I like to store recipes on Pinterest, I made a jpeg of the recipe and uploaded it there with the name Quiver's Legendary Cinnamon Rolls. This is what we do, too, except they have the final rise in the oven while it's coming up to temp. Quote
