zoobie Posted December 23, 2015 Share Posted December 23, 2015 Pecan pie can be frozen, but I wouldn't make it ahead more than a day otherwise. Spinach casserole--assemble day before up to point of baking. Gingerbread bundt, probably one day is good. They're usually better the next day.
