Outdoorsy people: Which personal water filter

Well, I'm not very outdoorsy, and I haven't actually used this 🙄, but I did a bit of research on water filters and purchased these for my family to have on hand just in case of whatever.

 

I chose this one because it can be used like a straw, or you can screw on a collapsable bottle and take some water with you. It comes with a syringe so it can be backwashed if it becomes clogged with sediment. You can hook an in-line carbon filter to it so the water will taste good.

It"s not unusual to ask something of the Hive and have them say "Other" but unanimity is unusual so I'll take that as a sign to go with the mini Sawyer!
