Prairie~Phlox
We're looking at cars for dd. Found a 97' Toyota Avalon. It was only manufactured 93-97. How hard would parts be to get? It's in great shape, but things don't last forever.
NicksMama-Zack's Mama Too
I would call your local Toyota dealer and ask them if they can still get OEM parts for your make/model. You could call Autozone or other local aftermarket retailer and ask them if they carry parts for the car also. Good luck. We have old Hondas and never had trouble getting OEM parts. Stages
I had an Avalon five or so years ago, and it was expensive to get work done on it even then. I can only imagine how much more expensive it would be now.
Starr
We have a 97 Honda we are done with. Some parts hard to come by, seat belts and airbags not as good , more parts just wearing out. It's got 220000 miles on it .
ScoutTN
We have a '99 Avalon and it has been a good car. We have 220K+ miles on it now and are having to repair it a couple times a year. No problem getting parts.
