arnold
I pulled my daughters Halloween costume out and some of the white satin had yellowed? I cannot just throw it in the washer. Any ideas how I can get the yellow out?

KatieJ
Well, without knowing for sure what have, yes some satins can be washed. I used to work for a bridal store. We hand washed wedding dresses. However, I don't know that you can do much with yellowed satin. Do some research for more current information. If you attempt to hand wash , be aware of other fabric and colors the costume Is made out of as that might bleed.
