kewb
I am avoiding thinking about my son's totally average sat scores and his chances of getting into his first choice school. And then I am avoiding wondering if he will qualify for enough merit aid so he doesn't have crushing debt when he graduates.

creekland
I left early and hubby + I got in a nice two mile walk instead, stopping to chat a bit with a neighbor too. It was sooo much nicer than sitting in school finishing work. I'm always up early in the mornings. I'll head to school then. It sure beats losing the afternoon today. So now? I'm procrastinating paying bills. But I'm also about to switch over to doing them. They can get pretty picky if they aren't in on time and considering one is our car insurance... I'd hate to have a "date" with Bambi or something if I let it lapse. :glare:
